| David W. Browne, P.E., the principal of the firm, has over 30 years of successful experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects. He has prepared planning documents for sewer systems, water systems, stormwater management, lake restoration and water quality planning efforts. His design experience includes site layout, water/sewer pumping facilities and pipelines, stormwater detention/water quality facilities and water storage. David formed Browne Engineering, Inc. in 1988, with prior experience in both public and private civil engineering practice. He holds B.S.C.E. and M.S.C.E. degrees from the University of Washington. Adam Wheeler, P.E. has over ten years experience in both private and public utility planning and design and site design. He has managed planning, design and construction services for most of our recent, larger projects including site grading and access, water and sewer utilities and storm drainage facilities. Adam holds a B.S.C.E. degree from the University of Washington. Kelsey Laughlin, P.E., LEED AP, is skilled in many aspects of civil engineering including 3D modeling, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, site and utility design and construction administration services. She holds BSCE and MSCE degrees from Washington State University. Nikki Wheeler manages our accounting, billing and office management., |
